Bontempi is ON is a wide project created by DDM for Bontempi Casa from the Colombini Group.
Our target was to effectively communicate the opening of Bontempi’s first flagship store designed by arch. Massimo Castagna, in Milan.
The challenge was to create a unique experience that would stand out amongst industry peers during the week of the always stimulating Salone del Mobile.

Therefore, we created an editorial plan with eight events developed over seven days full of strategic festive gatherings, talks, presentations and debates in order to launch the flagship store in a non-traditional ‘nor in a nonchalant manner: thus the ON campaign was born.
We also managed the creation of the visual campaign, all of the graphics including release content in national newspapers and custom graphics on Milan tramways, the exhibit design of the space adjacent to the store so that it could extend its presence of events outside into public areas.

“Bontempi is ON” refers to Bontempi being on-line, on-air, on-going…
The communication strategy goes beyond contingency and can be extended in other occasions: the campaign is a blueprint for a new logic of approach into market management.
