At the beginning of the new millennium, thanks to a meeting in Paris between Danilo Di Michele – CEO DDM – and Paolo Bestetti – CEO Baxter – another lasting collaboration between the world of design and the world of communication was generated. DDM is delegated to manage the U.S. market thanks to its knowledge of the U.S. territory, and thus the new strategy to increase brand awareness begins to be applied: events, trunk shows, inaugurations are just the beginning for Baxter.

 Thanks to the collaboration with Craig Robins, Baxter’s first store opens in Miami, inaugurated by a singular event in the heart of the Design District. With the communication plans created by DDM, the United States begins to truly understand what quality leather in textiles is, and this is how the concept of Made in Italy is increasingly consolidated.

 From Miami to New York and from Los Angeles to Dallas, DDM turns Baxter around by establishing it in the design industry as one of the best Made in Italy brands.
